Educated in Campbell College and Queens University Belfast. Billy joined the McKinney Group in 1962 and is currently Chairman. Now living in the Algarve, Billy oversees strategy and planning for the UK and European operations.

Educated in Campbell College Belfast and the University of Ulster (Building Construction Management) Billy now runs the day to day affairs of the group and is responsible for the medium term strategy and development in Northern Ireland, Ireland and Europe.

Interests: Sailing (Laser SB3); golf.

Ian McKinney
Director / London Office

Ian joined the Company's London office from a successful career with Harboard Properties Ltd.  Ian specializes in commercial developments throughout the UK and is heading up our Healthcare arm.

Interests: Sailing. Ian competes as skipper in the RORC series in his own yacht, EL Syd (Sydney 41).

Alain McKinney
Director / Belfast

Alain joined the firm from Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne in Belfast where he was head of Business Space. Prior to Insignia, Alain worked for Colliers CRE in Belfast and London (West End Offices).
