The Development team specialises in retail development both in town and our of town in Europe. Primarily acting as developers, the company acquires, finances, constructs and leases their own projects. In recent years the company has become one of Europe's leaders in Factory Outlet Development and is also enjoying success in the food anchored retail market.

We are also involved in:

Factory Outlets: retained by China outlets to develop six 100,000m2 FOC's in China.

Food Retail: procuring selected sites in GB for a large UK food retailer.

Distressed assets consultancy: providing bespoke development service to a number of UK Banks and individuals on their developments at risk.

Non Food Retail: 50:50 JV with Raiffeisen Bank (Hungary) to develop a mixed use shopping centre, offices, hotel, carpark in central Budapest.

Consultancy: Retained by Portuguese/Brazilian fund to facilitate a number of Major European Retail Brands opening stores in Brazil.

Renewables: The Company has been active in the market for some time and has entered into an agreement with UK's largest renewable provider to develop wind farms in the UK. The company is also looking seriously into waste recycling and Hydro applications as its sees this as an exciting new growth area.
